Mindful Yoga With Alma

Alma is currently offering Yin Yoga and private yoga sessions! Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues—like fascia, ligaments, and joints—through long-held, passive stretches. Poses are typically held for 2 to 5 minutes, allowing the body to soften and the mind to turn inward.

All Levels Yoga With Josh

With a background of working in the hospital with patients receiving physical therapy, as well as enjoying the practice of Yoga himself, Josh took the leap to begin his training to become an instructor. After seeing and feeling the benefits first hand, it only made sense to help others find this same joy Yoga brought him.

In Josh's classes, you will find sessions centered around movement that will stretch forgotten muscles, help relieve achy ones, and bring more flexibility to your body. Each session begins with gentle movements to truly prepare your body for the class. You will also find a time for relaxation and calm at the end of each session while Josh serenades with multiple instruments, including the Steel Tongue Drum and Singing Bowls.
